Support residential and commercial pickups, load trailers efficiently, sort donation and recycling opportunities, and help leave each site clean.
Lead daily routes, manage job-site safety, position trailers, confirm pricing details, and keep dispatch informed throughout the day.
Coordinate quote requests, scheduling windows, customer updates, and route details for same-day and next-day service opportunities.
Help with fleet readiness, supplies, customer follow-up, job documentation, and disposal records as the company grows.
You show up on time, follow the route plan, and keep customers updated when job conditions change.
You protect driveways, walls, floors, and landscaping while lifting and loading items safely.
You communicate respectfully, listen to job notes, and help customers feel confident from arrival to cleanup.

As a Junk Removal Specialist, you’ll work alongside a supportive team, travel to customer locations in company trucks, and tackle new challenges every day. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with opportunities to develop sales skills, grow professionally, and contribute directly to a growing local business.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every job site
• Remove, load, and haul unwanted items from homes, businesses, and construction sites
• Promote and sell junk removal services and service upgrades to residential and commercial customers
• Support environmentally responsible disposal practices through recycling and donations whenever possible
• Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Use mobile apps to document jobs and take photos routinely
What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable performing physical labor and repeatedly lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Sales experience or customer service background is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Valid Texas driver’s license preferred
• Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps
• Must be at least 18 years old

Routes, photos, access notes, and customer expectations are reviewed before crews head out. Preparation helps each team understand the job, plan safe lifting and loading, and arrive ready to answer customer questions with confidence.
Crews move with care, load efficiently, and clean the work area before leaving the job. Safety comes first for teammates, customers, homes, driveways, vehicles, and surrounding property, so we expect every crew member to slow down, communicate, and choose the careful way to complete the work.
Reusable, recyclable, and disposal-only materials are handled with our donation and recycling standards in mind. A finished job should leave the customer feeling respected, informed, and satisfied that the work was done safely, professionally, and with attention to the details that matter.
Prior junk removal experience is not required for every role.
