What items won’t you take?
We cannot remove hazardous chemicals, paint (unless thoroughly dried), oils, propane tanks, or biomedical waste. Ask us about disposal alternatives and we’ll guide you.
How long does a job take?
Most residential pickups wrap within 60 minutes. Full-home cleanouts or heavy demolition may take longer—we’ll outline the timeline during your quote.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
We include carrying items from basements, attics, and upper floors in every quote. Only unusually difficult access may require additional labor.
Can you break up and remove concrete slabs?
Yes, but only if the slab is not adjacent to a permanent structure, since removal can risk damage to that structure.

Can I load concrete or dirt?
Yes, but heavy materials must be limited to 3 cubic yards to stay within safe weight limits. Let us know beforehand so we can plan disposal properly.
Do trailers damage driveways?
No. We use protective boards and rubber blocks to prevent scratches. Our trailers are lighter than traditional roll-offs.
Is there a tonnage cap?
Each package includes the disposal tonnage listed. Extra weight is simply billed at $65 per ton with a copy of the disposal ticket.
